Travelodge Slashes Prices To Just £8.74pp – Including Yorkshire Destinations

If there’s one thing us Yorkshire folk like, it’s a bargain. And Travelodge has got the bargain of a lifetime for people looking for a cheap staycation this summer. Launching a huge sale on seaside destinations in the UK with over 250,000 rooms prices slashed, their new prices start at just £34.99 a night per family. If you get a room that sleeps four, that works out at just £8.74 per person a night, The Mirror reports.

Blackpool, Brighton, Colwyn Bay, Llandudno and Newquay are just a few of the 26 hotels that are taking part in the summer deal – but we imagine these will be snapped up quickly, so you best get your skates on if you want to book a bargain. Launching now, the sale is on until March 4th next year – so there’s plenty of dates available to take advantage.

To make sure that it is safe for visitors, the chain has implemented a range of COVID-19 safe measures such as additional checks on rooms once they have been cleaned, increased cleaning in public areas, hand sanitising stations, and social distancing measures such as protective reception screens, contactless payments/check-outs and PPE for staff. As well as these, housekeeping team members will not be entering customer’s rooms during their stay to further minimise contact.
