It’s time to get your wands ready, because a witch and wizard festival is coming to Leeds – and it’s the perfect day out for Harry Potter fans!
Organisers Potterhead are promising to help you leave the real world behind, with the festival set to take place on the 14th and 15th February. The event is both adult and child friendly, and there’ll be a ton of things to do on the day.
The festival will include a number of activities, including a scavenger hunt, a variety of classes including the Dark Arts and potions, a zoo full of magical creatures, tarot reading and more.
The scavenger hunt will include a number of cursed items that festival goers need to find before their cursing spells are activated – with prizes for those who find the most. Sounds like a less traumatising version of Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince (thankfully).
There’s also a bar called the Hog’s Nose, where you can pick up a themed cocktail while you kick back and relax after a hard day of casting spells.
Tickets are on sale now, and you can sign up here.
