A Northern-Themed Food & Drink Festival Is Coming To Yorkshire This Summer

If there’s one thing we’re underestimated for here up North, it’s our innovative prowess that’s resulted in ample thriving businesses – all of which make up a crucial part of our community spirit.

They’re the businesses that have been here for us throughout the whole of the past year, and now, we can finally be reunited with them face to face at the upcoming Great Northern Food Festival.

Taking place at the beautiful Scampston Hall and Walled Gardens, near Malton – Yorkshire’s food capital – the festival will put some of the North’s finest businesses back in front of their customers, allowing us to not only reunite with the small businesses we may know and love already, but also discover new ones.

Bringing together some of Yorkshire’s finest breweries, Northern street food offerings, local bands and more – guests will be able to enjoy an array of traders over the weekend, with the likes of The Tipsy Cow, The Otley Burger Company, Wold Top Brewery, Greek Street Food, Yorkshire Puds Gin, God’s Own Rum and Love Cheesecake so far confirmed.

If that wasn’t all, there’ll also be a host of live entertainment across the three days, as well as a number of fantastic experiences – including a collection of classic cars to see, arts and crafts traders, pop-up bars, fairground rides, baking competitions and so much more.

In total, the festival has teased around 200 traders to get familiar with over the weekend, all within the stunning setting of the 18th-century country estate which is well known for its perfectly preened walled gardens.
