If you’ve not heard of Karen’s Diner yet, then listen up! We all know there is nothing worst than bad service in a restaurant, but what about if you got to let the waiters not what you think of them? Well, you can at this one-off event coming to Beverley this summer.
Karen’s Diners have sprung up all over the UK and encourage customers to be rude to the staff, but watch out as the staff doesn’t take any s*** and give as good as they get. And the pop-up is heading to East Yorkshire for one weekend. From Friday 26th July, to Sunday 28th, you can have abused hurled at you whilst you chow down on your grub.
Beverley Hills Diner & Bar in Flemingate will host the Karen’s Diner event which aims to bring you all the joe of the famous restaurants with all of the insults and rude staff that you’d expect. If you’re looking for terrible service, but a five-star event this event will be one for you with the popular diner & bar still serving their amazing cocktails.
It’s described as a “a truly authentic Karen’s experience, put on by the people who know how to do it best, the OG Karens”. The event will hold two sittings one at 6pm and one at 8pm on Friday. And then on the Saturday and Sunday there will be five restaurant slots between noon and 8pm.
Your ticket price includes your meal; and drinks can be purchased on the day. Karen’s Diner’s food offering for the day caters to allergies with veggie and vegan options. Your food choices and dietary requirements are noted on booking.
