- KWVR 1940s Weekend – Join the Keighley and Worth Valley Railway for a trip back in time to the 1940s for a celebration of wartime Britain. There’s so much to do – you can try code breaking, meet the home guard, experience re-enactments, listen to live music, watch balboa dancers, meet special guests, and eat and drink at the many fantastic restaurants and cafés along the way. It next takes place on May 16th and May 17th.
- Haworth Festival Balboa Weekend – Visit Haworth and put on your dancing shoes for a weekend of Balboa dancing at the Haworth Festival. There are social classes with live bands, Castusville Jazz and Hot Club of Halifax performing. There is also an afternoon tea dance with the Meanwood Valley Stompers and David Broad.
