The list for 2024 uses online research from over 1.2million diner reviews and ranks them due to a range of metrics. And, eight spots in Yorkshire featured in the list with some classics such as Halifax’s Shibden Mill Inn, The Fat Badger in Harrogate, The Star Inn the City in York and the newly opened The Cut & Craft in Leeds.
The Fat Badger is an icon of Harrogate and is known for a great atmosphere and its high quality food offering. Every Sunday they off a seasonal two or three-course Sunday dinner in the bar and restaurant coked by their AA rosette chefs.
Shibden Mill in Halifax and The Star Inn The City in York are on every list going and that is in no small part due to the quality of the food served. As well as the exceptional food offering, both venues offer up a unique dining experience in quaint old venues full of incredible quirks.
