Summer is in full swing and it’s perfect beer garden weather. If you’re searching for the perfect pint, like us, then you need to head to the Yorkshire Dales most perfect pub.
Britain’s highest pub, aka, Tan Hill Inn has been named as having a bucket list beer garden to visit. Feature 8th in the list, up there with some stunning competition.
Local Insider, a travel site, has put together a list of the top 10 bucket list beer gardens to visit this summer. And, good ol’ Tan Hill has made the cut.
We usually love going to Tan Hill during the colder months and enjoying the open fire with some of Tan Hill’s own ales on tap. But, we’d have to agree that its beer garden has a truly unmatched view that goes on uninterrupted for miles.
Sitting at 1,732ft above sea level, it’s easy to see how it has such “stunning scenery” surrounding it.
A Local Insider Spokesperson, Martin Danemaq, discussed the bucket list of beer gardens saying: “When creating our UK Beer Garden Bucket list, we looked at a range of factors including the scenery and views, the uniqueness of the setting, the experience on offer and what makes each pub worth travelling for.”
“The UK has an incredible pub culture, and this list highlights some of the beer gardens that deserve a place on every pub lover’s bucket list.”
