The Underground Leeds Video Game Bar With Pokemon And Super Mario-Themed Cocktails

Leeds is one of the coolest cities in the UK for a night out as far as we are concerned. It attracts young people from all over the country with its hip bars, chilled cafes and great restaurant scene. One fine example of this is Pixel Bar in Leeds, West Yorkshire’s first bar dedicated to video games and e-sports as is an amazing place for a few drinks and some fun.

In the prime spot on Great George Street, Pixel Bar this unique activity bar in the city centre is as creative as they come. As well as having an array of consoles for you to while away the hours on they also have gaming-themed cocktails for you to sample – happy hour is between 5pm and 9pm and includes 2-4-1 on the same cocktails.

They have a nod to pokemon with their ‘Full Health Potions’, which we could all use after the year we’ve had. They announced their new themed cocktails saying: “Beehive Bedlam Garnished with a Stoopwaffle one of our 3 new cocktails.”

“Gin, Rhubarb Liqueur, Pineapple Juice and Lemon Juice, sweetened with Honey. Garnished with a Strooopwaffle.”

“Those of us of a certain age remember rushing home from school to grab the Sky remote and boot up Beehive Bedlam. Some of us also remember racking up a pretty disgusting Sky bill at the end of the month.”

Next door to the cool Assembly food hall, the coolest gaming venue Pixels Bar is striking to the senses with its custom artwork, LED lighting pop-punk tunes which make it a great place for friends to battle it out on their favourite games like Mario Kart and Goldeneye.
