Harrogate is an absolutely beautiful historic spa town! It’s old-fashioned charm has people flocking to it all year round. And, now people have a new reason to head to this place with the addition of a new dining experience in the form of the burger joint, Solita brought to you by company Shoot The Bull. Solita Harrogate will bring some of the biggest, best and juiciest burgers you’ve ever tasted.
The burger aficionados are known for their American-style burgers, the chains have seen great success in the North – maybe because we love big ol’ portions. They have recently opened restaurants in Hull, Beverley and York and are now looking to open up in Harrogate on April 12th. Opening on Parliament street, the Hull-based company Shoot the Bull will open its outdoor roof terrace in line with government guidelines.
Originally starting life as a food truck, they produce unbeatable burgers and have grown from strength to strength. You can enjoy burgers, wings, ribs, a huge range of sides. Also, amazing veggie and vegan options that can all be washed down with a beer, wine, prosecco, cocktails, or a cheeky dessert – there’s a lot to choose from!
You can enjoy the 100% British Wagyu Beer from Yorkshire’s Warrendale Wagyu in Pocklington on their 60 seated roof terrace this spring. We recommend their famous ‘Big Manc’ burger, which is a cheeky nod to a Maccies. Their burgers are known to be stacked high with some creative toppings such as JD sauce, tiger prawns, pastrami and more at Solita Harrogate.
Chris Harrison, founder and CEO said: “Harrogate has always been a place I love to visit. We worked as a pop up five years ago in a pub and had such a great response to our food. Now five years later on the opportunity to take such a large site has presented itself and my ambition to launch an exciting diverse and engaging food hall concept can come to life. We can’t wait to welcome the people of Harrogate to taste some exciting dishes, drink innovative cocktails and socialise as we did once upon a time again”.
Solita Harrogate will give you the full food hall experience, which includes its roof terrace and indoor dining over two split levels, will be hopefully fully open on Monday 17th May. You can book a table via their website here.
