Melted oozing cheese is one of life’s greatest pleasures, and the Yorkshire Cheese Grill, which specialises in making delicious grilled cheese sandwiches and other cheesy treats, are making their debut at Leeds Trinity food court in the city centre.
The Yorkshire street food business uses only the finest Yorkshire cheese, and use its passion for local produce to create some of the finest tasting dishes between two slices of bread you’ve ever tasted.
They use a range of Yorkshire cheese such as Fountains Gold, Yorkshire Cheddar, the famous Wensleydale and more to create a range of cleverly named sandwiches such as their ‘Fill Thi Boots’, which is made of Fountain’s Gold and Yorkshire Red cheeses, with red onion chutney, mustard and an optional extra of bacon.
Their Indian inspired cheese toastie served in between a naan bread is proving popular with customers and we can’t wait to try it.
As well as great grilled cheese, they also serve up halloumi burgers and fries that are to die for. All this is served out of a startling sunshine yellow truck perfect for any Yorkshire cheese lover.
Trinity Kitchen can be found in the popular Leeds shopping centre and is filled with regular food vendors as well as a rotation of street food vendors that all serve up food that will have your mouth salivating and tastebuds ready.
