Titanic Spa is one of the best spas we’ve visited, so it’s no surprise to see it picking up another award. The popular Huddersfield retreat has been named Best Luxury Eco Sustainable Destination Spa 2026 UK at the LUXlife Magazine Leaders in Luxury Awards.
Housed within a former Edwardian textile mill and tucked away beside the River Colne, the spa is known as the UK’s first eco spa and has built a strong reputation as a leading wellness destination.
The spa boasts a range of eco-friendly features that helped secure the prestigious award, including renewable energy generation through solar panels. It also has its own natural water source located 100 metres below the spa. This supplies fresh drinking and bathing water for the plunge pool, salt-regulated swimming pool, showers and ice experience.
Titanic Spa was recognised by the Leaders in Luxury Awards, which celebrate excellence across the hospitality industry, including hotels, spas, restaurants and travel providers. The awards aim to highlight exceptional experiences, placing Titanic Spa alongside some of the very best luxury destinations around the world.
The award further cements Titanic Spa’s position at the forefront of sustainable wellness and highlights its ongoing commitment to reducing environmental impact while still delivering a luxury experience.
