The owners at Huddersfield pub Showtime, which is situated in a mid-century picture house have spent £60,000 on four hot tubs, which they had to have cranes to lift into place. You can book in sessions in a hot tub with a few bevvies and some snacks. They even have plans for you to be able to chill out and watch your favourite movie.
Father and son Ian and Adam Snowball run the bar on Zetland Street and decided on their new venture Huddersfield’s ‘Dirty Little Secret’, which aims to bring fun and frivolity to Hen nights or for anyone looking for a good time. Who doesn’t want to chill in a hot tub right now?
With an aim to be open in the next three months, the Yorkshire town’s ‘Dirty Little Secret’ is a private residence next door to Showtime, where guests can enjoy anything for karaoke, chilll in Granny’s bathtub and enjoy high class cocktails.
They posted the hot tubs been crane lifted in last year with the caption: “If you were around town in the early hours of this morning, you may have noticed the rather unusual sight of cranes hauling 4 huge hot tubs over Showtime and breaking up the normal Huddersfield skyline.
“These state of the art, self-cleaning, Canadian hot tubs are perfect for all occasions. Be that a deep relaxing massage after a sports game or partying with bubbles and bubbly on your hen night. We’ve got capacity for up to 60 people so they really are ideal for everything.”
