1. The Yorkshire Dales Food and Drink Festival, Skipton

The Yorkshire Dales Food & Drink Festival is returning this summer, with a number of big celebrity names in tow. 3. Holmfirth Food and Drink Festival



If you’ve ever wanted to visit the home of Last of the Summer Wine, the Holmfirth Food & Drink Festival is the perfect excuse.

4. Ilkley Food and Drink Festival



The Ilkley Food & Drink Festival is back with a bang this year, transforming its riverside home into a wonderland of Yorkshire food and drink.

5. Harrogate Food and Drink Festival



From live music to delicious food, the Harrogate Food Festival will be offering tons of amazing grub over one weekend this June, and trust me when I say, you won’t be leaving hungry.

6. Yorkshire Pudding Festival, Leeds



Love Yorkshire puddings? The UK’s first-ever Yorkshire pudding festival is returning to Leeds this year, giving pud lovers the chance to try out the savoury delight in tons of creative, new ways. Expect desserts, classic puds, Asian fusions, and so much more. Find out more here.

7. Great British Food Festival, multiple locations



On its tour across the UK, the Great British Food Festival is set to land at Harewood House this June, bringing delicious food to the stunning Leeds mansion.

8. Malton Food Lovers Festival



Considered ‘the food fest of the North’, the Malton Food Lovers Festival take place in the Food Capital of Yorkshire, bringing tons of market stalls to the traditional market square.
There, guests can tuck into freshly baked goods, try out homemade food, and even take home Yorkshire-brewed beers, dog treats and so much more.

9. York Food Festival



Operating not only a delicious food festival, but a chocolate festival, too (which has unfortunately passed for this year), York knows good food when it sees it.
Taking over Parliament Street this September, guests will be treated to plenty of live demos, cooking classes and street food during the festival, so expect a full tummy after a day of food-filled fun.

10. North Yorkshire Food and Drink Festival, Pickering



Another fun food festival by the team behind Ilkley and Harrogate Food & Drink Festivals, the North Yorkshire Food & Drink Festival is coming to the stunning market town of Pickering for the first time ever, bringing with it live chef demos, live entertainment, and, of course, delicious food. 11. Big Sky Beer Festival, Hunmanby



East Yorkshire’s flagship brewery, Wold Top, is hosting a fantastic beer festival this summer, with tons of Yorkshire-made beers on offer.

12. Seafest, Scarborough



An annual maritime festival, Scarborough Seafest is set to celebrate all things Scarborough, which will naturally include tons and tons of food.

13. The Filey International Food Festival

14. Fish and Ships, Whitby



Whitby’s Fish & Ships Festival is one of the seaside town’s most popular attractions, behind the iconic Goth Festival, that is.
Playing on its coastal location, the Fish & Ships Festival celebrates the town’s fishing heritage, with tons of food stalls and celebrity cooking demos – all with a special focus on seafood.

15. Cropton Brewery Beer Festival



Now, we all know by now how much we at The Yorkshireman love Cropton Brewery. Especially their Yorkshire Lager, which can be enjoyed in ample quantities at this year’s Cropton Beer Festival.

16. Riverside Food and Drink Festival, Wetherby



Coming to Wetherby for the second time, the Riverside Food & Drink Festival is back with plenty of local talent in tow, who’ll be serving up some incredible street food with influences from all over the world.

17. Hecktoberfest, Thirsk



Yorkshire sausage company Heck is launching their very own Oktoberfest celebration this year, which will naturally include a ton of sausages in true Oktoberfest style.
