Christmas is still a few months away, but we are going to be shouting about it today as Cadbury is bringing back its chocolate coins for Christmas.
That’s right! The standard of of any kids stocking was of course the chocolate coins created for Cadbury’s classic milk chocolate – wrapped in gold packaging.
Cadbury discontinued its popular choccie coins back in 2014, and almost a decade later they’re set to return to after the chocolate behemoth is bringing them back.

Starting this month the chocolate coins will be available in supermarkets nationwide starting in September.
You can either get them in a 70g festive net for £1.99 or in a 230g decorative gift tin for £6.99. We will be filling our stockings with them for Christmas – with a few bags maybe eaten before.

The festive season is our favourite time of year. A time of year when you indulge a little bit more than usual and maybe enjoy a few drinks with friends and share gifts and more.
Katie Hill, junior brand manager for Cadbury, shared, “If you recall the disappointment in 2014 when Cadbury announced the regrettable discontinuation of our beloved Chocolate Coins, you’ll be pleased to hear that we’ve been attentive to customer feedback.

“We’re thrilled to announce the return of this cherished holiday treasure this year – a product that embodies the festive spirit and fond nostalgia for many.”
Festive attractions, Christmas markets and more are starting to get announced across Yorkshire and many of the attractions are very sought after so make sure you take advantage of all the fantastic events across the Christmas period.
