Fans of Reuben Owen rejoice as his new series is finally set to hit our screens. It feels like a lifetime since we’ve spent time with Rueben and his gang, but the time has come for us to head back to the Yorkshire Dales following his new venture. And, we can’t wait.
The new series of Reuben Owen: Life In The Dales is coming to 5 next week on Tuesday, 5th May 8pm. Rueben has been popping up on the family show Our Farm Next Door on More4, which follows the family as they fix up an old barn into a new family home, as well as following their daily activities on Ravenseat.
For those who haven’t been watching his latest series, the show chronicles Reuben Owen’s journey as he expands his heavy plant machinery enterprise with the help of his friends and in the last series, his brother Miles gave him a hand. Who knows what the gang will get up to up in the Dales?
The first episode synopsis features Reuben Owen and the team building a new sheep pen for a local farmer, with a sinking gatepost making the job trickier than expected. Owen and his new girlfriend Jess, and workmates Capper and Sonny, have to figure it out. Younger brothers of Reuben Miles and Sidney get hot and bothered in an arduous sheep shearing course.
Reuben gained fame through Channel 5’s Our Yorkshire Farm as the eldest son of Amanda Clive Owen’s nine children, a show which was adored by fans. He is now in his own show, Reuben Owen: Life in the Dales, which last aired for Christmas, leaving fans looking forward to the new series.
