Located on the edge of the Yorkshire Dales in the market town of Skipton, this hot three course experience with Christmas crackers, music and more will get you in the festive spirit like no other experience – alongside that you can enjoy those stunning canal views as well.
This Skipton Boat Trips experience is like no other. You will be guided on to the canal boat in Skipton where you’ll enjoy a three hour cruise where you can enjoy a drink from the bar whilst you enjoy the smellls wafting through the boat of your festive meal with all the trimmings.
The meal consists of a homemade soup with croutons and a fresh baked bread roll to start. Followed by a traditional Roast Turkey dinner with all the classics such as pigs in blankets, then a choice of Christmas pudding with brandy sauce or a seasonal dessert. Sounds like a bit of us. After that you can wash it down with tea and coffee.
Onboard there is a fully licensed bar serving both alcoholic & soft drinks. So you can enjoy a glass of bubbles such as a prosecco or maybe a bottled beer. The Christmas Dinner option is available throughout November and December.

The voyage begins at the wharf in Skipton’s scenic canal basin and continues up the canal. You’ll journey through the lovely Yorkshire countryside while enjoying your dinner.
The Christmas Dinner cruise takes place on certain dates, so head over to the website to check for availability. It will set you back £32.50 for an adult and £29.50 for a child for the three course Christmas menu, which is very reasonable if you ask us!
