Castle Howard’s Epic Christmas Fairytale Experience Begins This Month

The Castle Howard Christmas 2023 Experience for us has become an annual event that we get excited for! And, this year’s look like it will be as magical as ever. The team has revealed the theme for this year’s event and is set to be a fairy tale extravaganza as they transport us to Never Neverland.

That’s right! Get ready to join Peter Pan and the rest of the Lost Boys as they take on Captain Hook in the fairytale-themed 2023 Christmas Event in North Yorkshire.

Posting to their Facebook, the Castle Howard team wrote: “Take the second star to the right, and straight on to Castle Howard! This Christmas, get lost on a magical adventure in Neverland as we invite you to a Christmas experience like no other.

“Fly into the adventure of a lifetime bursting with fairies, mermaids, and pirates. Vast ships will cruise into our great galleries, Lost Boy laughter will echo through our halls, and our beautiful rooms will transform into tropical lagoons.

“Follow the boy that never grew up into a fantastical festive world that will re-ignite your belief in fairies and leave your heart full.”

A whole lot of effort and attention goes into the team as Castle Howard’s Christmas wonderlands, which are the biggest event in their calendar. The magical event is set to take place from 11th November to 2nd January and will be one not to miss if previous years are anything to go by.

The last few years’ themes have been Narnia back in 2021 and Into The Woods, a fairy-tale-themed experience, which won awards for its detail. The same team behind Christmas in Narnia and Into The Woods: A Fairytale Christmas, CLW Event Design, will be creating the most magical Christmas experience once more.

Expect pirates, Peter Pan, and more from the wonderful world of J.M Barries’ classic children’s tale.
