Looks like Haven Primrose Valley Holiday Park in Filey along the Yorkshire Coast is set to get a massive update with a new Wetherspoons opening. It’ll be the first Wetherspoons on a holiday park in the UK and could mark the beginning of a new partnership.
Haven is one of the top UK holiday parks in the UK and is coming together for a new JD Wetherspoon pub at the Filey location. The pub chain boasts over 800 pubs across the UK and Ireland – and is set to join a fantastic array of chain restaurants at the North Yorkshire holiday park such as Burger King, Slim Chickens and Costa Coffee to name a few.
£1.1 million is earmarked to be spent on the new pub, and the initiative is part of Haven’s broader commitment to use £4 million to expand the food and beverage offering throughout the year. Haven has 41 parks across the country and has invested £410 million in its parks over the last three years.
