Sausage rolls and steak bakes without leaving your car? Now this is living! Greggs has opened up its first Yorkshire drive thru at Meadowhall on the outskirts of Sheffield. The Steel City occupants will be able to take advantage of the new opening.

The popular shopping centre in Sheffield is the 11th drive thru to open in the UK and the first in Yorkshire. There are plans for a new Greggs drive thru in Bradford next year as well.
Customers can take advantage of all the Greggs Christmas favourites suce as its festive steak bake, Christmas cake and all its Christmassy drinks. As well as the festive menu, you can also enjoy the classics which will be much needed after an Xmas shopping trip to the HUGE maze, which is Meadhowhall.



I don’t know about you, but I can’t start my day without a bacon roll and flat white from Greggs’ breakfast menu. Click-and-collect orders can be done via the Greggs app, and you can use Just Eat order for delivery.
The new drive thru will be open Mon – Sat: 6am – 10pm and Sunday: 7am – 9pm.
Shop manager Shannon Wallhead said: “We can’t wait to welcome both Greggs fans and new customers to our brand-new shop and drive-thru. We’ve got an amazing range of tasty bakes, hot drinks, sweet treats and savouries available for takeaway.”
Roisin Currie, Retail and property director for Greggs, said: “Our new drive-thru in Sheffield has brought 25 new jobs to the local area, as well as providing customers with a modern, convenient new place to experience their favourite Greggs food.”
