This Leeds Cocktail Bar Is Serving Up Percy Pig Martinis – And They Look Incredible

Jake’s Bar is an institution and a popular cocktail bar on Call Lane. Like you, we are looking for places that are a bit special to get out and about this summer and the popular cocktail bar’s new Percy Pig cocktail in Leeds has got us all excited.

Served in a Martini glass with M&S Percy Pig sweets, the cocktail is the ultimate taste of nostalgia. It is made up of Percy pig-infused Ketel One vodka, Chambord liqueur, apple juice, lemon and egg white – yum. Jake’s Bar has said it has been a massive hit since returning to their menu.

The specialist cocktail bar has made Leeds’ famous Call Lane its home for the last 15 years. They love to get creative with their own spirits, liqueurs and distillates. The Percy Pig Cocktail in Leeds’ amazing cocktail bar is just one example of their creativity at play.

The current cocktail menu is the bars 14th edition and has even more lovelies on it to enjoy this summer. As well as the Percy Pig cocktail, the Leeds bar has other magical concoctions such as The Last Word which is made up of Tanqueray Gin 10, Maraschino, Chartreuse and Lime.

They’ve also been creating some superb summer cocktails such as their ice-cold twist on a Mint Julep which is simply Makers Mark whiskey, strawberries and ice.

The fantastic cocktail bar, which also serves up a range of beers, wines and spirits is open from 5pm to 2am and is always a popular choice for locals.

The COVID restrictions are due to be lifted on July 19th, which will see queuing at the bar – a British tradition – and social distancing rules lifted also. We are sure there will be plenty of people that will be happy to see these restrictions lifted.
