Love Actually has to be one of the greatest, if not the greatest, Christmas films of all time. It hits you right in the feels on many levels with its variety of storylines that all interlink in a magical way. Written by one of the UK’s greatest screenwriters and Director, Richard Curtis the feel-good tale is always a festive favourite of ours.

Well, Love Actually in Concert is on a UK tour this Christmas and is visiting York, Hull and Sheffield. You won’t want to miss out on this magical light that will get you in the Christmas spirit with its funny, heart-wrenching film that is accompanied by a live orchestra.

The original was released back in 2003 and has aged brilliantly. The classic ensemble of British legends that make up the cast includes Hugh Grant, Liam Neeson, Colin Firth, Laura Linney, Bill Nighy, Martine McCutcheon, Alan Rickman, Emma Thompson, Keira Knightley Rowan Atkinson, Martin Freeman, and many more.

The full, live-orchestra will perform Craig Armstrong’s evocative score at these shows, whilst the film is being projected onto a huge screen. Armstrong is one of the UK’s most recognized film composers, with his work being awarded a BAFTA for his Achievement in Film Music.
