The hobbit house accommodates 6 (human sized) people either 4 adults and 2 children or 2 adults and 4 children. It comes with a fully fitted kitchen and luxury bathroom. The seating area has a large dining table next to a working fire. It’s a home Bilbo Baggins would be proud of.
