If you feel like shedding your clothes and being at one with nature, you don’t have to travel far. This South Yorkshire campsite will let you cast off your undies and let it all swing freely as God intended. After a year in lockdown, we are tempted.
Situated between Doncaster and Scunthorpe in South Yorkshire, Candy Farm allows people to be nude and at one with nature in their retreat on a working farm worry-free. The popular farm is right in the lush green countryside and is a haven for relaxing and meeting new people.
The campsite is equipped for both caravans and tents. The site is a small area that has two hard standing pitches and four electric hook-ups. It has plenty of tent space and a 200+ pitch for special events. The amenities on the farm are pretty basic, which is not surprising as it is a working farm. They have a drinking water tap, showers and a chemical toilet drop and disposal point.
It’s a little gem of a hideaway where you can watch the cows and life go by whilst chilling clothes-free and carefree (just make sure you wear sun cream in all the right places). Don’t miss out on Nudestock, any event the farm holds each year, you can check their website for dates.
You can enjoy a gentle stroll to the nearby village to visit the local pubs and enjoy a quiet pint and some nice food – maybe pop your clothes on for that part, though. The famous Yorkshire Wildlife Park is just down the road and is a perfect day trip – it is great if you’re an animal lover like us.
If you’d like to visit, you can find out more information via their website here. If you don’t fancy getting your kit off, why not go glamping with alpacas near Doncaster? You can visit the link below to find out more.
