Summer? We’ve had it haven’t we? We’ve acting like its autumn the last few weeks, but apparently its summer and we are expected to enjoy some sunny weather soon.
The Met Office has some positive news in its forecast hinting that the past weekends wind and rain is set to make way for some sunshine. So that means beer gardens, rooftop bars and walks are the on the agenda for the next few days
The country is set to expect less rain – less being the keyword – with today and Friday set to be the warmest and driest days.
Sat here in York having had a morning coffee al fresco style with not a cloud in the sky, we’ve got our fingers crossed that those weather folk know what they’re talking about.
Summery conditions are set to carry on into August, meaning we might be able to have a nice summer yet. Well, as nice as a British summer can be. After all, it wouldn’t be a British summer without taking your brolly, a jacket, suncream and more.
