It may only be August, but we’re already looking towards Christmas for things to do – and it looks like everyone else is, too. After the absolute shambles that was Christmas 2020, Yorkshire events are set to return with a bang – with big plans in store for Christmas at Temple Newsam.

Becoming home to a stunning trail of beautiful lights, guests will be able to get lost in tunnels made up completely of twinkling lights, as well as enjoy huge glittering bauble installations and beautiful lights glowing under the trees.
The lovely walk is perfect to enjoy with a date (or even your pooch!), with accompaniments such as hot chocolates, spiced winter drinks and seasonal food set to bring the festive spirit to the spectacular Leeds manor this Christmas time.
If that wasn’t all, Father Christmas himself will also be making an appearance, in addition to a warming flickering flame displaying in the park’s ‘fire garden’ where guests can stop to reflect while enjoying a warm beverage.

Kicking off on November 26th, the Leeds-based trail will be open to visit right up until January 2nd, with something for the entire family to enjoy throughout the two-hour trail.
Tickets start at £12, however, if you want to book onto the trail, you’ll have to snap up a time slot quick before they’re all gone.
