Known as The Shed, this luxurious accommodation provides space for up to eleven guests. It has been created with the environment in mind. Using sustainable sourced timber and top-of-the-range insulation, it has been made to provide a beautiful yet eco-friendly experience that also screams opulence.

Imagine yourself sat in your own large private outdoor space, all gathered around a roaring fire pit with a glass of vino whilst gazing out over the south-facing views of Yorkshire’s best. Enjoying those rare moments of British summer with a moment of pure perfection. You can also utilise the houses bbq, table tennis for fun with friends and a trampoline for the kids.

The views may be old-fashioned but the kitchen sure isn’t. This modern style kitchen has a double sided wood burning stove that keeps both the dining area and kitchen warm. The breakfast bar and ash dining table are its key features with spectacular views out onto the countryside.

The lounge area as huge comfy sofas that you can sink right into and a beautiful feature wall with bespoke artwork. There is a TV for entertainment and plenty of room for it to be the perfect social space for you and other guests to enjoy.

The Shed has four well-furnished contemporary bedrooms, each named after one of the local resevoirs. There are two super-kings, one twin and one room with bunk beds. There is also a small snug space that is tucked away that can double as a fifth bedroom if needed. There are three bathrooms. One of the super-king room has an en suite and two shared bathrooms. For those who love their bath times there is a free-standing tub waiting for you.


If you decide to venture out from this picture-perfect home there are lots to do in the local area. You can meander along the many walking and cycle trails that are on your backdoor. If you decide you want a night off from cooking in your self-catered space there are a few cosy cafes and bakeries as well as some good old-fashioned pub food to make your trip the perfect getaway.
