Three Yorkshire Pubs Named In Top 10 ‘Best-Rated’ Wetherspoons In UK

If you’re a fan of Wetherspoons, then these might be three to add to your list. Surprisingly, this doesn’t include the stunning Harrogate spoons, which is definitely one of the more beautiful venues that the pub chain, known for its stunning venues and cheap booze, has. Of course, there are some fantastic old Yorkshire pubs worth visiting that aren’t Wetherspoons.

The new study has named three Yorkshire spots in the top 10 ‘best-rated’ Wetherspoons across the UK. Suomicasinot conducted the research, analysing Google reviews for over 800 Wetherspoons pubs to find the most popular. This was done by calculating the percentage of five-star reviews for each pub, and those with the highest proportion of five-star reviews were crowned the best-rated.

Manchester’s Bishop Blaize comes in first with a whopping 60.34% of reviewers awarding it five stars. In second place was the Royal Victoria Pavilion in Ramsgate with 58.48%, and in third place was Edinburgh’s Caley Picture House, with 57.82%.

And the last Yorkshire pub, which slipped in coming tenth was The Buck Inn, in the market town, Northallerton.
