According to Jo Farrow at Netweather, the “UK temperatures could reach 19 or 20C by Thursday in a warmer southerly flow. There will be rain, particularly in Wales, Northwest England, Southwest Scotland and around the Irish Sea… Other areas will see a mostly dry week, for the rest of England and northeast Scotland.”
Yorkshire Live reports that the Met Office have said: “During late-March and into the start of April, pressure is likely to move to higher than average to the north of the UK.”

They’ve given the North some good new saying: “northern areas tend to be drier compared to normal. Temperatures will probably be near average or slightly above overall, with any cooler interludes most likely in the north.” After the wet month we’ve had, we look forward to some drier warmer weather.
