Glamp By The Grapes With Yorkshire-Made Wine At This Yorkshire Vineyard

It’s officially the season of glamping, but not just any old field will do. No way. This year we’re searching for pure escapism – something that Yorkshire Heart Vineyard serves by the barrel-load.

Nestled between York and Harrogate near the picturesque Nun Monkton village, Yorkshire’s flagship vineyard offers a glamping experience like other, right by the vines responsible for their award-winning Yorkshire-made wine.

Available to book throughout the summer, guests are treated to the most beautiful sunsets at the vineyard, which they can enjoy from the comfort of their own four-metre bell tent.

Each tent is accompanied by comfy airbeds, levelling up the stay from your average glamping trip, alongside cosy touches such as twinkling fairy lights, bedside lamps, rugs, a doormat and a hanging shepherd’s crook with lights.

Making the trip extra special, guests can try out some of the best Yorkshire-made wines and beers, including their full-bodied Pinot Noir, the crisp Eleanor White Wine and a selection of sparkling wines, too.

On the beer front, there’s a selection of IPAs, Blondes, Stouts and more to try out, which can be enjoyed at the brewery taproom on-site – right where the Yorkshire Heart beer is brewed.

Whether its a Cellar Door Tasting tour you fancy (where you’ll get to try out a selection of Yorkshire Heart’s wines) or a chilled afternoon at the Winehouse Cafe – guests are in for quite a relaxing (yet wine-fuelled) retreat, amplified by the beauty of the vineyard that’s sure to feel like a trip to the French Riviera on a summer’s day.

At the Winehouse Cafe, enjoy Afternoon Tea, charcuterie platters, fresh salads and more, alongside fluffy, freshly-baked cakes and so much more.
