Yorkshire Wildlife Park Is Hosting A Festive Christmas Market With An Animal Twist This Weekend

Yorkshire Wildlife Park truly comes alive at Christmas, and this year is set to be no exception. Bringing back their beloved Christmas Fair for 2021, Yorkshire Folk will be able to enjoy a unique event like no other, set within the award-winning park that’s home to thousands of endangered animals.

Taking place on multiple dates this December, guests will be able to potter around both an indoor and an outdoor market, packed full of festive food and drink, crafts gifts and so much more.

Outside, kids (and big kids like us!) will be able to enjoy an array of fun fairground rides, before filling up on candy canes stuffed full of sugary treats, hot chocolates and other yummy wintery treats.

Included in the ticket price, guests will also be able to roam the park and check out the animals before or after visiting the fair, where they’ll be treated to sights of majestic creatures such as polar bears, lions, meerkat and many, many more exotic species.

Also taking place this Christmas is the highly popular Winter Illuminations event, which sees part of the park lit up with stunning wildlife-themed lanterns – with something new to leave you awe-inspired at every turn. The event has been a massive success for a number of years now, and tickets are set to be in high demand this year, too!

Tickets cost £15 per adult and £13.50 per child, with access to both the Christmas Fair and the Park included. Yorkshire Wildlife Park’s Christmas Fair will take place on the 11th and 12th December, as well as the 18th and 19th December. Get your tickets here.
