Aldi has done it again with their choice of chocolate eggs for Easter this year. Christmas chaos ensued when Aldi stores had customers queuing onto the streets for a Kevin the Carrot doll and Easter looks like much of the same. Known for having weird and wonderful surprises in all of its stores this year Aldi have some boozy artisan Easter eggs as well as ones the size of ostrich eggs!

The ‘gin’ and ‘prosecco’ easter eggs are Aldi’s first attempt at branching out into the world of booze infused eggs, and we highly approve. The choice of eggs ranges from gin and white chocolate (yum) to raspberry flavoured milk chocolate (double yum) each at the great value of just £4.99.
If you are looking for more traditional options the value superstore has Moser Roth Giant Ostrich egg at £14.99 that weighs in at a comfortable 800g of white chocolate with caramel flavouring. Try getting out of your chair after seeing one off this ultimate Easter indulgence off in one go! These are available in store from 15th of March.

Made with Fairtrade cocoa and hand decorated with 3D butterflies and flowers the Speically Selected Exquisite Butterfly “Flutter & Bloom is a real showstopper. Inside the shell are luscious Belgian blonde chocolate egg. This special treat is also in stores from the 15th March priced at £14.99.

All three choices are sure to bring a smile to children and adult’s faces alike this Easter. Well done Aldi, another great treat for us to enjoy!
