People were enamoured by the tensest film ever, Boiling Point starring Stephen Graham and now filming has begun on a five-part BBC series and we can’t wait.
Filmed in one shot, the feature-length follows chef Andy played by Graham, displaying the pressures of working in a kitchen on the busiest day of the year.
The show, sees Stephen Graham reprise his role as Andy Jones, and is set to air on BBC One from Sunday 1st October at 9pm.

The film gained four BAFTA nominations and 11 BIFA nominations of which it won four along with four Taormina Film Festival Awards.

The new series is set six months from where they will leave off and will see Vinette Robinson and Hannah Walters also reprise their roles as Robison who played Graham’s sous chef Carly now a head chef of her own restaurant.
Robinson has Andy’s original team, and in the new Boiling Point series she feels the pressure and responsibility of running her own kitchen.
Other actors from the film include Ray Panthaki, Gary Lamont, Áine Rose Daly, Taz Skylar, Daniel Larkai, Stephen McMillan, Hannah Traylen and Izuka Hoyle.
New cast members include Stephen Odubola, Shaun Fagan, Joel MacCormack and Ahmed Malek. BAFTA award-winner Cathy Tyson and fresh actor Missy Haysom.
Boiling Point is set to air on BBC One from Sunday 1st October at 9pm.
