There’s no denying that restaurants and venues across the country have been forced to adapt as a result of the Coronavirus pandemic, and doing just that is popular wedding venue Tithe Barn – who announced today that they’ll now be serving up gorgeous BBQ grub to takeaway from their beautiful barn.
Situated at Bolton Abbey, the stunning venue is finally re-opening its doors beginning July 11th, noting that their previously planned weddings for the summer had been cancelled as a result of the pandemic.
The Tithe Barn will be utilising their “untouched” kitchen for the foreseeable future, serving up some seriously tasty treats as part of an ever-evolving weekly menu. This weekend, guests can enjoy BBQ Sirloin Brick, rotisserie chicken or a French Onion tart – with large servings available for two people to share.
Confirming the news in a post, Tithe Barn said: “As everyone is aware, we are living in uncertain times. Here at Tithe Barn, our doors have been closed and sadly all of our wonderful weddings have had to be put on hold. Our stunning barn has been left untouched and unused. After recent government updates we have decided to swing our doors open and fire up the grills.
“Introducing The Tithe Barn BBQ. Starting on the 11th July a select team will be cooking some incredible food on the Ox Grill & will be lighting up our stunning French rotisseries. We will be operating as a takeaway.Available by pre-order via the website which you will find the link to in our bio. Safety is obviously our first priority so we will be following all government guidelines and we ask that you do the same please! Hand sanitisers and social distancing will be in effect. One thing we have in abundance is masses of space, so no worries there!”
