A viral sensation is coming to Leeds, West Yorkshire in the form of wobbly pancakes – yes you heard us right! Wobbly. Pancakes.
Fluffy Fluffy is set to open on The Headrow in Leeds city centre this autumn on Saturday 11th November serving up pancake stacks that have proved popular on social channels from noon.
They will be serving up Japanese souffle pancakes that are more than twice the size of the pancakes you’re flipping up on pancake day.
They’re identified by their souffle-like texture and made by whipping egg whites to soft peaks before gently cooking them at a low temperature. And, soon you’ll be able to try these bad boys for yourself.
The new opening will seat up to 44 guests and will feature an open kitchen where patrons can observe their pancakes being topped with a range of tasty toppings from Nutella, Biscoff, and Blueberry to other classic dessert-inspired flavours such as Tiramisu and Creme Brûlée.

They also serve up souffle cheesecakes and drip coffee alongside pancakes and more.

While the exact opening date for Fluffy Fluffy in Leeds remains unconfirmed, it is expected to open its doors in the autumn.
