It’s the last week of school, and we are in the midst of a heatwave. It’s time to get planning those school holiday trips and Leeds Jurassic Trail is one to add to the bucket list. Back bigger than ever it’s a great family fun day with wonderful surprises and plenty of activities to keep those kiddos entertained.
Yes, that’s right Leeds Jurassic Trail scattered all over the city centre proved a popular event last year and now the event is back more extravagant than ever. You can hunt down the 12 dinosaurs with experts on hand to help your kid learn more about these amazing creatures that once ruled the Earth.

The biggest draw has to be everyone’s favourite dino, the T-Rex, which can be found standing 15-metres tall in Trinity Leeds Shopping Centre. The beast comes to life with its roar and swinging of the tail.

Along with Trinity, you can hunt down these dinos in the Merrion Centre, Victoria Gate, St Johns Centre and more – just keep your eyes peeled.
Activities include interactive dino story sessions for toddlers, Saturdays and Sundays there will be Base Camp Ranger training for free also and LEGO building and more at Leeds Kirkgate Market.
