If you’ve ever watched the iconic ITV show Ninja Warrior, you’ve definitely muttered “I reckon I could do that”. Well, now you will have the opportunity to test your metal with this new ‘adventure park’ opening in West Yorkshire city, Bradford. We can’t wait for this, and I bet a lot of you out there can’t either. It’s a great boost for Yorkshire as this is the 9th opening of one of these courses across the whole of the UK, so we are very lucky. The West Yorkshire venue – which is the second in Yorkshire is set to open in autumn 2021 in the Petergate Mall in Bradford.

There will be courses that suit all abilities and it will include a Ninja Warrior Air Park – a huge inflatable obstacle course as well as party rooms, merchandise and food and beverage rooms.

Ian Ward, general manager at The Broadway, said: “The Broadway is evolving and adapting to ensure we bring the people of Bradford and the surrounding region the very best experiences as the retail industry landscape shifts.”

“I’m immensely proud that The Broadway is home to the very first Ninja Warrior UK venue in West Yorkshire and we’re delighted to be supporting the night-time economy in the shopping centre and in Bradford.”

Mike Anderson, director at Ninja Warrior UK, added: “The Broadway was the ideal location for the next Ninja Warrior UK adventure park; it’s ideally located in the city and well positioned to serve West Yorkshire and beyond.

“We considered a number of retail venues across the North and Bradford really resonated with us. The centre has a real buzz about it and attracts a lot of families, we therefore have huge confidence in our expansion into this part of Yorkshire.”

Other venues across the UK include Sheffield, Edinburgh, Cardiff, Wigan, Gloucester, Southampton, Stoke On Trent and Eastbourne.
