We’ve all had a curry that is a little bit too spicy or asked for chilli sauce on a kebab only to regret it straight away. Well, does anyone think they are up to the challenge of Morrisons’ new Grim Reaper pizza with the world’s hottest chilli this Halloween?
If you feel like you can take the heat then head down to Morrisons and get yourself their 14″ Grim Carolina Reaper pizza. We are sure you won’t regret it the morning after. This limited-edition pizza has the world’s hottest chilli which measures over 2 million units on the Scoville heat scale. You will need a few ales after taking on this challenge.
The chilli is 440 times hotter than a jalapeno. On top of that heat, you can also enjoy the hidden birds eye chillies which are only 50,000 to 100,000 on the scale. I’m getting hot just thinking about it, think I might have to give it a pass.
Not that you’ll taste it after burning your mouth with chillis but the other ingredients sound very tasty. They include nduja sausage, spicy chicken and of course cheese, and of course, it’s spicy. The pizza will set you back £3.89 and is available until Halloween.
Pizza buyer at Morrisons, Leanne Cory, said: “This pizza is one of the hottest and spookiest we’ve ever made… It is definitely not one for the faint-hearted, especially with the burn from the Carolina Reaper hot sauce.”
Wonder what the spooky part is, the strange noises coming from the toilet after you’ve eaten the 14″ spicy feast! Good luck to those who try it!
