Peter Kay Says Ticket Prices For New Tour Will Be Same Price They Were In 2010

Peter Kay announced his first tour in over 12 years during the ad breaks of this year’s I’m A Celeb and the best news is that tickets are being sold at a price of his original tour – winner.

Peter’s 2010 tour still officially ranks with the Guinness Book of World Records as the biggest-selling comedy tour of all time. Playing to over 1.2 million people.

After securing his mother a bungalow, Peter Kay seemed content not to tour, but now it seems that the mother wants new carpets so the UK’s best-loved comedian is setting out on tour with tickets going on sale this Saturday.

The news comes after he took a step back and cancelled his 100-date tour back in 2017 due to ‘unforeseen family circumstances

That’s right! We can all enjoy Peter’s best catchphrases and classic observational standup across the UK as he goes on tour for the first time since 2011. He’s coming to Leeds and Sheffield on his 2022 to 2023 arena tour.

He announced the highly anticipated news on Facebook to his 2.8m followers.

The post read: “It’s good to get back to what I love doing best, stand-up comedy and if there’s ever a time people need a laugh it’s now. And with the cost of living at an all-time high, ticket prices are starting from £35. The same price they were on my previous tour in 2010.”

Peter Kay is playing Leeds First Direct Arena on Friday 20th January and Friday 19th May. He will play Sheffield’s Utilita Arena on Friday 17th February and again on Friday 11th August.

Tickets will be available on Saturday here.
