We recently reported a celeb spot in the historic market town of Knaresborough in the form of 24’s Kiefer Sutherland and it has now been revealed that he’s in the North of England along with Pitch Perfect star Rebel Wilson for a Sky and Future Artist Entertainment production Tinsel Town. And, it seems Rebel has good taste as she visits the ‘best restaurant in Leeds’.
We certainly enjoyed our visit to the popular spot found in Leeds City Centre. They are quite the celebrity hot spot with lots of signatures donning plates when you visit the restaurant. These guys are no strangers to rubbing shoulders with the stars.
The latest being Australian actress Rebel Wilson who is up in Yorkshire filming a new festive flick Tinsel Town, which also features England’s own Danny Dyer.

Sharing the news to Instagram, the popular restaurant Tharavadu wrote: “We were thrilled to welcome film stars Rebel Wilson, Ray Fearon, Lucien Laviscount, and Meera Syal to our restaurant during their Yorkshire visit for the shooting of the upcoming Christmas comedy, Tinsel Town. Rebel Wilson, in particular, made multiple visits, relishing our sumptuous cuisine and warm hospitality.

Filming has taken place across Yorkshire and at Leeds’ Versa Studios, Tinsel Town is directed by Bank of Dave’s Chris Foggin and will be a Sky Cinema must-watch for Christmas 2025, with the UK’s Mister Smith Entertainment launching sales at the upcoming EFM.
