Rudy’s Pizza temporarily closed their doors ahead of the lockdown in March, and after two painful months without them, have finally announced they will be re-opening for delivery as of Thursday. The Manc-born pizzeria trialled its new delivery service over the last few weeks in its Manchester branches, and after huge success has decided to expand across the M62 to Leeds.
With lockdown being a total slog and everyone feeling like they’ve been attached to their sofas for far too long, this little nugget of hope is a great treat to look forward to for the weekend. Rudy’s has been voted the number pizza in the UK and if you haven’t tried them already, now’s the perfect time.
In an Instagram post the pizzeria wrote:
“LEEDS, LEEDS, LEEDS… we’re ready for you!! Our oven is fired up up and we’ll be live on @deliveroo from 4pm THURSDAY⚡️ 🍕. This means we’re able to deliver proper Neapolitan Pizza to Leeds City Centre; check Deliveroo for opening times and more info. Tag a mate you’re going to smash this with.”
Available via Deliveroo only, you can order the Neapolitan style pizza, Italian wines and Poretti 4 Italian lager for an authentic, Italian feel. La Dolce Vita, huh?
