Originating in Manchester in 2015 as a family-run establishment, Rudy’s has garnered huge attention for their authentic Neapolitan pizza and even been named the best pizza in the UK and 10th best in the world – including actual Italian establishments. Can’t get any better than that, can ya? They also have a Yorkshire venue found in Leeds.

The pizza pros can be found in the old Evan’s Cycles space on New Station Street and are named Rudy’s Neopolitan Pizza Leeds.
The brand has proved hugely successful and has seen massive growth over the past two years, with two busy and bustlin’ restaurants in Manchester city centre, one in Liverpool and another just opened in Birmingham.

Even after almost 5 years since their inception, the restaurant always has a wait on tables – a true testament to just how good their pizza is. Each of their restaurants is super casual, operating as walk-in only. Our tip? Turn up just before peak time to guarantee a table without a wait!

The menu is stripped back, serving a variety of pizza options with authentic ingredients sourced from Italy, like-wise for their drinks menu. My personal fave? The Calabrese pizza and the Zaccagnini white wine – an iconic duo if you ask me.
Consisting of fluffy, stretchy dough that’s been lovingly proofed for twenty-four hours before being baked in one of their hand-built pizza ovens shipped over from Italy, each pizza boasts the classic leopard print crust that’s expected of a classic Neapolitan pizza, with a mouthwatering base of special San Marzano tomatoes that are packed full of flavour.
