But it’s not just the festivities we’re obsessed with. It’s the embrace of a whole new season – particularly after a highly disappointing summer. The warm welcome of icy colour palettes, snuggles by the fire, all things thermal. Yes, I’m romanticising winter, and no I don’t care that you’re part of the ‘I only like summer’ brigade.
In the spirit of all things cold and cosy, Tattu Leeds has transformed into an icy paradise for the festive season, bringing back its beloved ‘Great Snow’ dining experience.
Transforming their cherry blossom-adorned venue with icy cherry blossom, bespoke visuals and crystalline blue tones, the new look takes inspiration from Northern China, a region glittered with snow-topped mountains and beautiful snowscapes.
In addition to the beautiful restaurant itself, guests can also enjoy the new Winter Terrace – which, too, has been transformed for the new season with wintery touches.
In addition to the beautiful winter decor, guests can also enjoy seasonal dishes that have been added to the menu to celebrate the season, including the decadent caramel soy beef fillet and even Sunday roast dinners comprising of aromatic roast duck, char sui pork, and more – marrying Chinese influences with the classic, British institution.
Dessert-wise, guests can expect incredibly indulgent showstoppers – with the real star of the show being their frozen cherry blossom dessert: a treat that’s proven a fan-favourite year after year.
The dessert is a fusion of cherry, spiced apple & chocolate, complete with an artistic, candy floss blossom.
Tattu’s Great Snow kicked off on November 1st, and guests can enjoy the wintery vibe right up until December 31st.
