Just outside of Sheffield, The Poachers Arms is a former pub in the Peak District, residing in the heart of Hope Valley. Now, it can be rented out to big groups, boasting nine bedrooms for the ultimate party. The main highlight, however, is the bar.
Request whatever beers you want ahead of your stay, and the owner will fit the kegs before you arrive. Pints cost around £2 each, and if you think pouring pints isn’t for you, the owners will happily provide bar staff. Bar to yourself and someone to pull the pints for you? Win-win!
Depending on what kind of stay you’re looking for, the bar has a range of activities from table football, air hockey and games systems – as well as a kids play area and an indoor hot tub if the mood takes you.
If you have enough mates, the place sleeps 30 people. Once we reach the final date in Boris Johnson’s road map we will be able to meet up with as many people as we like, so this would be the greatest party place to see an end to the last year – we are sure you’d agree.
