As we enter into the festive season, lovers of the festivities are wanting to get in the Christmas spirit by heading to Christmas markets located across the UK.
Parkdean Resorts has identified the Top 10 UK Christmas markets you must visit on Instagram after seeing a 104% increase in searches for the “best UK Christmas market” in the previous month.

In 9th place, the York Christmas market just makes it into the top 10 Christmas markets in the UK. The hugely popular St Nicholas Fair is the perfect place to make some memories.

The Winter Hutte at York is new to the city centre and is brought to you by Andrew Perne Michelin-starred chef of popular restaurants The Star Inn The City and The Star Inn Harome.
The two-storey Swiss chalet raditional fondue and raclette, specials such as pheasant with smoked garlic, alpine ‘spätzle’ dumplings, baked tartiflette with reblochon cheese and much more.
This isn’t the first time the York Christmas market has been featured in a list this year. Research collated by Planet Cruise, York’s St Nicholas Fair ranks as the fifth-best Christmas market in the world, even trumping the German cities that are famed for their Bavarian antics.
Topping the list is Birmingham, with Manchester taking silver and Bath in third place.
