One of Yorkshire’s top hotels has been named the ‘Best Hotel Spa’ in the UK at the Condé Nast Johansens Awards for Excellence 2025. The awards took place at the Kimpton Fitzroy London, which celebrates the luxury hospitality industry recognising excellence across a range of categories.
Nothing screams excellence more than Grantley Hall, an 18th-century stately home. The hotel was the only Yorkshire spot to be given a Michelin ‘key’ earlier this year. The new accolade from the Michelin star folk recognises remarkable hotels across the world.
The 47-bedroom hotel is home to five restaurants including the Michelin-starred Shaun Rankin at Grantley Hall – and is located in North Yorkshire near Ripon and Harrogate. The hotel is home to the Three Graces Spa – a celebrated wellness destination – which offers a range of treatments and has state-of-the-art facilities and programmes to promote holistic wellbeing.
Facilities include an 18-metre indoor swimming pool, indoor to outdoor hydrotherapy and a new Nordic Spa Garden which features two ice baths and an outdoor sauna.
The spa’s wellness philosophy is all about balance. Staff hope to help you achieve a state of equilibrium unique to you, your well-being, your state of mind and your body’s unique needs.
You can choose between a range of experiences such as visiting Three Graces Spa by Day, or you could enjoy the Twilight Spa experience, Cream Tea Spa Afternoon, or a Sunset Swim & Spa as well as the Dine & Unwind experience. All are curated to leave you feeling relaxed.
