The York Ice Sculpture Trail is back for 2025. Looking for something exciting to do this weekend? Well, North Yorkshire’s favourite event York Ice Trail is back again and this year’s theme is ‘Origins,’ with stunning ice sculptures inspired by legends, myths, and York’s rich history.
After 40,000 people visiting the event last year, it’s back thanks to Make It York with a fantastic sculpture trail of 31 stunning sculptures to hunt down. It’s a great treat for families to enjoy searching all over York city centre.
You can enjoy the rich history of York as well as other myths and legends for 2025’s ‘Origins’ theme as you hunt for these ice sculttures across the city! From the Park & Ride on Parliament Street to Bettys Express Train on Davygate, it’s great fun for all ages, and a perfect excuse to get out and about this weekend From 10am, Saturday 1st and Sunday 2nd February 2025.
