Kicking off Christmas week with quite the festive bang next week, Yorkshire Wildlife Park has announced the return of its beloved Christmas fair, with so much more to explore this year as their fantastic leisure and entertainment complex, The Hive, continues to develop.
Taking place over the half-term week in a bid to keep the kiddos entertained (and get them all riled up ready for Santa’s grand arrival next weekend), guests will be able to enjoy a twinkling Christmas market between 21st and 23rd December – with glittering lights, festive food and unique gifts all promised as part of the fair.

There, guests will be able to shop with more than 20 boutique retailers, alongside festive gift stalls and delicious foodie traders serving up festive classics such as mulled wine and hot chocolate.
Helping to bring the Christmas spirit will be brass bands and Christmas choirs – setting the perfect Christmassy backdrop for your family day out.
Live entertainment will also include Elf shows and candy cane stilt walkers who’ll be parading around the fair for all to see.

If that wasn’t all, Yorkshire Wildlife Park will also be hosting a proper Victorian fair, packed with classic rides for both kids and big kids alike – alongside a quaint Santa’s Grotto where you can meet the Big Man himself and his friendly staff of Elves.
In the cafe, the team will be serving up roast turkey with all the trimmings, alongside warming Christmas puddings and chocolate brownies. If tradition isn’t your thing, however, guests can expect plenty of fun in the Evolution restaurant – where the kids can interact with dinosaurs before refueling with burgers and pizza.
The market is free to attend, and will take place between 10am-6pm 21st-23rd December at The Hive, Yorkshire Wildlife Park.
