Everyone loves a good old bottomless brunch. They’re the perfect excuse to start drinking earlier than is usually acceptable, all because there are bubbles involved. Whether your drink of choice is a prosecco, mimosa, bellini or bloody mary, brunches are a grand old party, and a bottomless brunch at Impossible, York is coming this June.

The opulent new cocktail bar that spans two floors in York’s city centre serves up Terry’s Chocolate Orange cocktails and Bavarian-style food such as Jagermeister pulled pork and frankfurter. They announced today that they are launching their bottomless brunch this June.

They posted saying: “You asked and we delivered! Bottomless Brunch will officially be launching on 12th June 2021 – every Saturday and Sunday from 12pm – 3pm.” Also, to celebrate their new brunch they’ve launched a competition, which you can enter via their Instagram page here.

The brunch will start Saturday 12th June and will offer customers the options of prosecco, gin cocktails, white/ rose wine, bottled beers as well as the option for soft drinks (let’s hope this includes the choccy orange cocktails). As well as your unlimited drinks you will be able to choose one small plate and side. All this will set you back £35 for 90 minutes of free-flowing booze – fab!

The beautiful venue has been designed with the history of the venue in mind and its wood-panelled interior made from the same wood as the RMS and glass-domed ceiling are a pleasure to behold – making your boozy brunch all the fancier.
