There is nothing more Yorkshire folk love than a good old Sunday Roast with plenty of gravy and Yorkshire puddings. There is something special about those fluffy Yorkshire’s doused in gravy with roasted veg and meat that has us salivating at the mouth.
And, just when we thought Sunday Roasts couldn’t get much better, this restaurant has added free-flowing prosecco or red wine to the mix as well!
Crafthouse, Leeds, which can be found on the fifth floor of the Trinity Shopping Centre accessed directly via a scenic lift on Boar Lane or within the shopping centre. The restaurant offers a seasonal British menu with views across the rooftop of Leeds city centre – making it a perfect place for a Sunday Roast with a view.
The Sunday Roast starts at 12 pm and offers a two-course option for £24.50 or a three-course option for £29. You can enjoy a choice of meats, which includes roast beef, lamb or belly of pork. All dishes are served with Yorkshire puddings, roast potatoes and seasonal veg.
The Sunday menu has a few choice starters and desserts that will make it difficult to pick, which you’d rather have and for those that are vegetarian they have you covered also. There is also a fish option with seasonal veg and veggie option of cauliflower risotto.
But, we are all here for the bottomless Sunday Roast, aren’t we? If you’d like to enjoy free-flowing prosecco or red wine, you can choose to upgrade for £25 and enjoy 90 minutes of bubbles with your Sunday Roast – not bad, eh?
