Food legend and tv personality, Dave Myers, one half of the Hairy Bikers, gave an update on his cancer after featuring on ITV’s This Morning alongside Si King.
Appearing on This Morning’s lunchtime segment on Wednesday 26th April Dave delighted fans with one of his first TV appearances.
He looked in great fettle as he prepared a summer kofta recipe for Phillip Schofield and Holly Willoughby on Wednesday’s episode of the daytime show.

Dave and Si King appeared on today’s episode of the ITV hit daytime show alongside presenters Phillip Schofield and Holly Willoughby as they cooked their summer kofta recipe with a wholemeal couscous salad with a lemon and tahini dressing.
During his first appearance, the Hairy Biker gave a positive health update during his appearance following his cancer diagnosis much to the audience’s delight.

Before their cooking segment, Phillip asked: “Before we start, how are you?” to which Dave responded positively and with a big grin on his face.
He said: “I’m doing very well and it’s so nice to be back, Phil. It’s a work in progress and I’ve got my hair back and doing well.”
Phillip added: “It’s really lovely to have you back.” Si King’s last appearance on the This Morning show was solo – so it was nice to see the both of them back,

65-year-old, Dave Myers revealed he was having chemotherapy in May last year after being diagnosed with cancer – it’s not been specified which cancer it is.
He revealed the diagnosis on an episode of their podcast Agony Uncles where he said he didn’t want to ‘hide under a rock’, be said he would be stepping back from work and for fans to ‘respect his privacy’.
